DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour. All shipping have tracking number which it allows checking on national post office website.

– How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.
Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.
You may on and off notice during checkout that the estimated delivery time is exceptionally long. This could be due to that some products are currently having nil inventory and restock of the goods is in progress.

Each case is hand checked by a member of Team Casetify before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).
ALL accessories must be unused; ALL accessory packages must be unopened.
ALL items must be intact and undamaged (except for defects in manufacturing).
Items must be in good conditions with all original accessories, manuals, and packing materials. Any missing parts or damaged items will result in rejection on the return.
In case of any defectives found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.
No refund is given if defects are caused by misuse of buyers. Our customer service officers will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.
All shipping cost thus generated is paid by the buyer.
Item returned must be received within 7 days after the receipt of the items. No refund and replacement is issued after this period.
Payment will be refunded as original currency only. We will not take responsibility for any loss due to exchange rate difference in the refund process.
Refunds will NOT include ANY shipping and handling fees. Any additional expenses (such as eBay listing fees) will also be deducted from the refund.
In the case of return, please be sure to include ALL the original contents (including gift, packages and manuals). Any missing contents may result in rejection of the refund. Please also make sure that the return package is securely packed, and apply waterproof packing instruments wherever necessary.
